Goodman Multi Story Industrial

Welsh + Major have won a design excellence competition for a new multi-level industrial warehouse and distribution complex in the inner suburbs of Sydney. The proposal to be developed by Goodman is an emerging typology in Australia, and includes 3 levels of warehousing, a 7 storey office building, cafe, conferencing, end-of-trip facilities, rooftop gardens and wellness facilities, all powered by a 2MW photovoltaic array.

A SSDA has been submitted for the project.
