2009 Unbuilt Works Project Proposal

A proposal that investigates a series of small housing options suited for modular building systems. Devised in response to a call by the NSW Government in 2008 to allow more “granny flat” housing, the proposal could provide for multi generational family living on one block. By using pre-established sizes for living and ancillary spaces, the units could be “personalised” according to the tastes of the user.

The proposal received a special mention in the 2009 Architecture Australia Unbuilt Work Awards
